Tricks Classes

Pole 1.0

Now that you’ve completed your Intro to Pole series, you are ready to level up! Our Beginner classes will build on what you learned in Intro to Pole, teaching more complex spins and tricks, drilling climbs and sits, and introducing inversions for the first time.

Spin 1.0

Welcome to Beginner Spin Pole, where the foundational skills of Pole 1.0 and building skills from Pole 1.5 transform into the dynamic world of spin!  Learn the art of maintaining grace and control while the pole spins. We’ll begin with the fundamentals of grip, posture, and momentum to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Pre-Req: Intro to Pole Series 

Pole 1.5

This Pre-Intermediate class focuses on mastering the moves required to be able to join Intermediate level classes. You will be mainly working on your technique and strength in core Beginner moves with some introduction of Intermediate tricks depending on skill level.

Pre-Req: Pole 1.0 - needs to have jasmine, genie, pole sit, figurehead.

Pole 2.0

Intermediate is where you will begin strength inversions (crucifix, chopper, one arm handstands), as well as individual tricks and how to transition those moves together to create combos which will build stamina and seamless execution.

Pre-req: Pole 1.5 or instructor approval

Pole 3.0

In Pole 3.0 you will learn tricks with fewer contact points, ayeshas, handsprings, and dynamic movements like power spins and tumbles.

Spin Mixed Level

This mixed level class is designed for students who are Pole 1.0 and up.  We will tailor what you'll learn to your individual pole level.  Become familiar with the strength and technique that spin pole requires while learning creative transitions and fluidity.

Stylistic Classes

24k Erotique

This is a choreography based class using the pole that will explore different styles of erotic dance, because sexy comes in so many different forms!  You will learn specific choreography and build upon what you learn each week.  At the end of the month you will have a complete routine ready for any performance!

Pre-req: Intro Series

LUSH

Erotic style class with emphasis on hypnotic leg movements, seductive body waves and seamless transitions.  Explore heels edgework and making foundation movements feel sexy.  Floor, low flow and on the pole (focus is less on teaching tricks, more on erotic using the tricks you know.

Pre-req: Intro Series - needs: jasmine, pole sit, chair spin

Choreo 1.0

In this class, dancers are guided through a series of movements that seamlessly blend the strength and grace of pole dance with the emotive storytelling of dance. Set to a backdrop of lyrical music that resonates with soul-stirring melodies, students will explore innovative choreography, dynamic spins, and intricate floorwork.

EDGE

Deepen your dance experience with EDGE-- a heels based, technique driven, flow class.  EDGE is designed to connect you with your inner confidence through fluid movements, personal expression, and the curation of heel edgework. Explore your sensual side blending the elegance of pole dance with the allure of edgework.  Whether you're looking to enhance your performance skills or simply want to feel more connected to your body, this class is your space to move.

STRETCH

Flexibility conditioning based on ballet techniques, mobility exercises, and active engagement.  This all levels class focuses on developing flexibility skills required to fluidly pass through pole dance transitions.

SKRIP

#skrip it off with our new, old-school pole flow class taught by a seasoned veteran. Explore polesque, sensual transitions, signature poses, and the intricacies of incorporating striptease elements.

Flexibility

Flexibility classes will train proper and safe technique to enhance your flexibility and take it to the next level, using active and static stretches. There will be a focus on maintaining strength and alignment in deep stretches. You will develop body awareness while safely and gradually increasing your body’s range of motion.  Use of blocks, bands, and weights may be included.
